A trip up the most southerly of Scotland’s Munros, using the quieter and more interesting route up the Ptarmigan Ridge. The path is narrow and steep in places, but never quite gets into the realms of scrambling.
Depending on conditions, it may be necessary to carry winter equipment such as ice axes, crampons and wear crampon compatible footwear. If you do not have the equipment necessary, we can arrange hire through Tiso.
For safety’s sake, everyone must be properly equipped for the day; no kit, no walk.
Transport will be available from a central location in Glasgow, at no additional cost.
